Coaching is available to adults aged 18 or over. Booking a consultation confirms that you meet that requirement.

Coaching is practical guidance and feedback. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care or medical treatment, and it does not replace professional mental-health support. If you are experiencing distress, please speak with a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

No dates, matches, relationships or intimacy are promised or guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances and the decisions of other people.

DATING, ACTUALLY. is not pickup-artist training, manipulation coaching, therapy, matchmaking, an escort service or an automated dating assistant. Nobody writes messages as you or pretends to be you.

Respect, honesty and consent are mandatory. Coaching will be ended without refund if it is used to pursue deception, harassment or any behaviour that disregards another person’s consent. Every person remains fully responsible for their own behaviour and decisions.

What you share is kept private. Nothing about you is published or quoted without your written permission.

Coaching fees are agreed in writing before work begins. No payment is taken through this website. Travel, venues, photography, styling and other third-party expenses are not included in package prices and are governed by a separate written agreement.

These terms are intended to be governed by Spanish law. The final wording requires review by a qualified lawyer before launch.
