You leave with: Specific changes and a written seven-day plan delivered within 48 hours.

Best for: You want a structured reset across several parts of dating, delivered over four to six weeks.
Format: Three 75-minute sessions over four to six weeks, online
You leave with: A coherent profile and practical plan developed over four to six weeks.

Structured guidance while you apply the changes in real situations.

Best for: You want accountability, feedback and adjustment while actively dating.
Format: One 90-minute initial audit and five 60-minute sessions over eight weeks, online
You leave with: Eight weeks of review, practice and adjustment, plus a thirty-day continuation plan.

What happens

Before, during and after each engagement.

Before
A short questionnaire, then you send your current profile, photos and a few real message threads. Everything is reviewed in advance so the session itself is spent on decisions, not catching up.

During
A private session, online and in English. We go through what people currently see, agree the changes worth making and decide the order to make them in.

After
You receive the written review and action plan within the stated window. Message support, where included, is bounded and answered within one business day.
