What is collected
When you request a consultation you provide your name, email address, WhatsApp number, city and country, optionally an age range, and short answers describing your situation and what you would like help with. The date, time and format of the consultation are stored with it.
Why it is collected
Solely to arrange, prepare for and follow up on your consultation, and to contact you about the coaching you have asked about. Your information is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the administrator of this website. Booking records are stored in a private database and cannot be listed, searched or read by visitors to the site.
How long it is kept
Enquiry records are kept while they are relevant to an active or recent conversation, and removed on request. You can ask for a copy of your information or for it to be deleted at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no advertising cookies, analytics profiling or third-party tracking. If non-essential tracking is ever introduced, a cookie preference control will be added here and consent requested before anything is set.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Requests are handled through the contact address confirmed with you when your consultation is arranged.
