Cancellation Policy

The 20-minute consultation can be cancelled or moved at any time by replying to the confirmation message. There is no cost and no obligation.

Booked coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are treated as delivered.

If you decide to stop part-way through a package, unused sessions are discussed case by case and settled in writing. Work already delivered — reviews, plans, photography coordination — is not refundable.

If a session has to be cancelled from this side, it is rescheduled at your convenience or refunded in full.

Travel, venues, accommodation and third-party services follow the cancellation terms of the provider concerned and the separate written agreement covering them.
